Chiropractic and Therapy
Dr. Walsh's personal experience with chiropractic began when he was in his 20's. He was an athlete in high school and college and over the years had many injuries. It wasn't until after his college days when he was in the gym, doing a warm up set, not paying attention where he injured himself. This event initiated his first experience with chiropractic. After completing his treatment plan the condition had resolved. A few years later he was in a serious automobile accident in which an 18-wheeler ran a red light and struck his vehicle. This time he was treated by a friend who was a chiropractor and through this treatment plan, his chiropractor educated him on chiropractic while treating him. This experience led to Dr. Walsh wanting to become a chiropractor.
Dr. Walsh planned on going to Chiropractic School in the mid/late 1990's but his corporate career flourished and Dr. Walsh put that dream on the back burner. It wasn't until another 13 years that the opportunity would actually be realized. Dr. Walsh graduated from NWHSU in 2012. Dr. Walsh has a unique perspective being that he was a patient of chiropractic for 15 years before he bagan chiropractic school. He actually identifies with the patient on a different level because of this and the many times he has been treated.
